Trader Dennis Gartman calls it “The Cockroach Theory”. As in, there is never just one cockroach and bad news is likely to follow bad news. The smart play is to take the loss and get out, the suckers play is to double down. Which one are you?
Earlier this week Celestica Inc CEO left out of the blue and named Craig Muhlhauser the new CEO. Traders punished the stock and sending it down over 4%.
