What would you do? Use your interpersonal skills to source and recruit talented professionals for a fast growing ?nancial technology company. You will be able to quickly assess our sta?ng needs and locate the perfect candidates for our teams. You enjoy speaking to people and helping them reach their full potential. You must have a strong ability to read a candidate's personality and determine where they best ?t in the Currency culture.
Source candidates for positions within various departments including Finance, Sales, Strategy,Marketing, and Operations
Manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and delivering o?ers for candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and e?ectively.
Research, develop and implement new, innovative talent acquisition strategies to support our growth objectives. Passion for streamlining operations.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through networking, employee referrals, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
Promote the Currency brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to quali?ed and strong candidates.

Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
6-9+ years of recruiting experience; ideally agency and in-house.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
A successful track record of identifying and closing outstanding candidate at all levels, from entry to C-Suite.
Must be able to juggle competing priorities with a high level of reqs.
Experience with both active AND passive recruiting techniques.
Positive attitude and collaborative, team player.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus), LinkedIn Recruiter.
Pro?ciency in variety of software applications, including Microsoft, Google, Adobe.
